Pinterest Error- Pinning Directly from Zazzle

Trying to share products directly from Zazzle "share to Pinterest" button. Yesterday none of the items could be pinned. Today I was able to share a couple but still getting error on others. It looks like this is a problem posted about before. Screenshot for reference

When on my PC and trying to share my products from Zazzle to Pinterest it says "Sorry! Something went wrong. Please make sure the URL is correct and try again."

When on my phone, I am able to create a pin, but there is no link for people to click and get back to my product. It's just an image.

Has anyone else had these problems and are there any solutions?

The same thing is happening to me.  I am using Firefox and it doesn't matter which product I try new or older it gives that error message.

I have the same problem, I get the same error code, and it has been going on for several days.

I have tried on different devices, i.e. browsers and cleared all page history, etc. Nothing has helped and I can't share anything. It gives an error message.

Could I get some help with this too? Thank you! 🙂

It's not working for me. Pinterest drives a lot of my sales so this is really frustrating! I hope Zazzle can work out the issue with Pinterest so it doesn't happen this often 😞

As of 03/24/2025 it has been a number of weeks that I've been unable to post pins directly from the Zazzle Product share button to Pinterest. Almost all my sales come from Pinterest. These are mostly referral sales, and I do have a number of my own products as well. I'm basically ready to dump Zazzle referral sales...

Hello everyone, I've been having the same Pinterest issue—Something went wrong. Sorry! Something went wrong. Please make sure the URL is correct and try again—since 3/19.  I'm glad I'm not the only one. Any solution?

Posting in this thread as well, so people can get to pinning again!  I use Edge for my browser and have the Save to Pinterest browser extension installed.   From that, I can save a pin to my Pinterest board by hovering over the product image on Zazzle.   A small red button will appear and you can select the drop-down menu and choose which board you want to save to.   It might be worth installing the browser extension for anyone having trouble pinning using Zazzle's share button.

This is great just for pinning but it won't work if you want a referral link 😞

Those in the promoter 2.0 will get their referrals; but as for everyone else, it's a choice between a sale with no referral by pinning or no sale at all by not pinning.   This is simply meant as an option to still get visibility until Zazzle gets their button fixed.   Hopefully they find a solution for you soon.

How do you sign up for this special link I have a referral link as a designer.  Do I have to change all my ten years worth of links to be involved in this promoter program ? I looked at the links and they just look like links without referral ID. I am confused.

I also have the extension but this hasn’t worked for me either. I don’t have edge though. Maybe I will try to install that and see if that works. I will say the Pinterest pin extension works just fine on other sites. It’s just Zazzle.

I contacted Pinterest and they are just giving me the usual clear cookies, stop extensions, try different browser so I don't think Z is banned.

Tried this with Firefox and the Pinterest extension and it worked. It's not perfect but at least my products are getting up on Pinterest as well.

I cleared the cache and I still can't pin products from Zazzle. I haven't been able to pin collections either for about a year. The only way to do it is to create my own pin at Pinterest. Please fix this issue. The problem is only happening at Zazzle.

I have been able to pin using Firefox with the Pinterest extension. I go to my products in the store management and click on the small pin button in the upper left corner of image. So far, so good.
