Policy Reminder - Come Back and be an Active Zazzle Contributor

I received an email today titled "Policy Reminder - Come Back and be an Active Zazzle Contributor." The email says:

"You’re receiving this email because we’ve noticed you haven’t created any new Products or had any Referral Sales on Zazzle for at least 15 months. To keep the marketplace fresh and engaging, we urge Designers and Associates to stay actively contributing on the site.

To address this minimum level of activity in the marketplace, accounts that are “non-contributing” – that is, haven’t either (1) published a public Product, or (2) had a Referral Sale attributed to that account for the previous 15-month period – will be charged a small monthly 'Non-Contributing Account Fee.'"

Was this email sent out by mistake to some members?  I am active on the site and create new products weekly.

Thanks.

Hello Lola! After looking into the situation, it seems that your other account has not had any products posted since May 2022. That's why it was flagged as non-contributing. Not to worry though, as long as you continue posting products or refer sales within 15 months, your member account will still be considered active. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. Thank you!

@Lola that sounds like you were sent this email in error (like how two sets of surveys were sent to earlier this year to the wrong sets of creators) -- I'd write back to the sender to let them know.

You don't happen to have another account with Zazzle do you? If I remember right, previously this happened to someone and it ended up that they had an old second account that they didn't use anymore and had kind of forgotten about and that was the one the email was for, not their main account.

Actually, I do have another account, but that one is active as well.

Might have been a mistake. We're checking.
