Post for Sale or Sell It buttons not showing on iPhone 6 or 8 or 12

Asking for another member - I've seen it for myself. They made many new products but none of them are showing the Sell It button, so they can't post anything for sale.

Is anyone else having this issue?

What is the solution to this?

@Angel Have they used any zazzle icons or zazzle backgrounds for the designs? That would stop the sell button not appearing and only show the buy button

I've never used those things, but I thought we were free to use them in our product designs for sale?

However, most of the designs not showing the Sell It button are their photos being put onto canvases.

I'm wondering perhaps the Sell It button etc  aren't available if one isn't using the Zazzle app on the iPhone?  Because the new management banner doesn't show on their phone either. I don't have a cell phone, so don't know much about mobile things.

Actually Sara, I just went over to the Help Center to read about the use of elements and the Chat was available and the support person stated that it often doesn't work on iPhones, and one can try to post for sale on an iPad or else one needs to use a desktop to post things for sale.

Thank you for helping me to get the answer to my question. Because without you mentioning the Zazzle Elements I wouldn't have caught the Chat. So I'm going to Accept your reply as the solution.

This is expected as the "sell it" button is not available on cell phones.
