Preferred Collection - No Orange Exclamation Mark

I personally can't seem to figure out why the orange exclamation mark will not appear on my products I need to set a preferred collection for. I have looked both on Chrome browser and Brave browser on my Macbook Pro. 

This screenshot is showing my Adult Coloring Poster collection found here: https://www.zazzle.com/collections/119263037857504344 

Several of these are also found in my Gift Ideas for Coloring Book Fans.  I prefer them all to show up in my main collection of Adult Coloring Posters but I cannot seem to find the place to change this setting.

Here is an example of one of my posters and you can see when you scroll down it is preferring the gift ideas collection instead. https://www.zazzle.com/funny_adult_coloring_poster-228759764407752101

Can anyone help advise me on this?

The same thing happens to me. I think Preferred Collection is only an option with the Cross-sell/ Event category.
