Previously hidden products won't show up in Collection

I had this bunting flag hidden from my store for a while and I just made it public again and tried to add it to my Halloween Collection. After pressing the button to add, it appears as though it adds to the collection, however, when I go to edit my collection, the product is not there. I also remember a few weeks back trying to add some planners the were previously hidden, to the same collection and realized later that those products did not add either.

@MissPaperFarm it will probably take a few days for the server to index the change in your product's visibility (from hidden to public), and then it may show up in the collection.
