Product are not showing in public store front

I have created more then 30 Products but they are not showing up in store. its been more then 48 hour. all the design are my own and i have not used any icon or bg from the website.

Sorry to hear that some of your products are not showing. It can take up to 72 hours for your products to be indexed and show in your public store. If some products still don't show after this time, make sure to check the visibility and rating.

Yeah, Me too, some of my items are already 4-5 days I believe.. and my latest product is still not updating. and yeah, they are not appearing on marketplace too.

Products made in the early morning hours of March 18th are still not available to the public 4+ days later. They also are not showing under latest products created. Are products only being added to the public storefront and marketplace once a week now? This happened last week, too. It's quite demotivating and frustrating.

Thanks @Harmony for sharing about the system bug.  How did you learn about it and do we know if they're working on it or have an ETA on a fix?  I sent an email to support and got the standard company answer, but items created starting on 3/17 are still not showing even though I've rec'd the message that they are "published".

I started a new store and am having the same experience with this platform sadly.  I have made several items over the last few days.  The first day one item went live almost immediately, since then nothing else shows up but that item.  These are all just different products being offered with the same image as the first item that posted.

@OhDandyDay Products can take up to 72 hours to appear in a brand new store. There's a lot of indexing to the site that has to happen and patience is key. Keep creating, don't lose faith and they will appear eventually. Perhaps there's a backlog somewhere but the IT team will be monitoring the situation I'm sure

Thank you for the response Sara!  As a new creator searching for a platform it's discerning seeing this though.  It would feel wiser to start uploading to a different platform for now until I see that the store here functions properly.  I'll gladly return to produce more things as soon as I can be confident the work isn't a waste.  Thank you for the update, because I was under the impression the wait time was 24 hours.  I will check back in 72 hours 🙂

Same here my latest products are still not updating and It's true that is quite demotivating it has been more than a month now even views won't show.

Sorry for the delay here and for the issues you experienced.

We did previously have an issue with views not updating, but this should be resolved now.

I have checked both your stores and when filter by last viewed I can see that the views have updated to yesterday.

I've created nearly 250 products and have next to nothing in views and can't find them in search either. Almost makes me want to give up.

Sorry to hear about this issue and for the delay here.

I have checked the backend of your store and when filtering by last viewed, I can see the views have updated as far as yesterday. We did previously have an issue with views updating but this should be resolved now.

In regards to products not showing in search, when I search for this product Oh Baby Pretty Pastel Baby Shower Welcome Sign by name, it shows up as the third result. If there are products that are not showing up in search, please provide a link or PID for those products and I will be happy to take a look.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

In your Creative_Canvas store, I can see 9 products in the store backend. I also see 9 products in the public storefront. 

In your Fun_Tshirt_Designs store, I can see 5 products in the store backend. I also see 5 products in the public storefront.

It can take up to 72 hours for products to show in your public storefront, but they usually show up in the backend immediately.

Mark - I'm hoping you can help me as well.  My collection has been up and running for weeks and was working just fine until what I think was about three days ago (our last sale that I see).  No changes were made, all ten products are still visible when I'm signed in but when I check the site logged out or in Incognito Mode, it says there are no results.  All the designs are my own, everything is set to public, and my other collection is running perfectly.  I'd appreciate any help you can provide in solving this mystery.

It has been 3-4 weeks now, and my products that I 'made public' are still not showing across several of my shops. These are older items that I have edited to get active again.  I've been asking support for weeks and they just keep pushing my off 😞  I can't believe they could take a full month to get them to show on the front end.  I'm really losing hope.

I started my store about a week or 2 ago and the link will take you to my store front but none of my products are shown. And when you click on the “products” tab it gives a 404 error code. All of the designs are of my own creation so I’m very confused and would appreciate any help.

Indexing is backed up again. It's taking some time for new products to index and and until they do, they won't show up in the marketplace. If your store is new and no products have indexed yet, you will get that error. I see 6 t-shirts in your store "The Underground" is that the store you just opened? Other products may still be indexing and will show up eventually. Its a waiting game sometimes when things get backed up. I don't think I've ever seen it last longer than 7-8 days but its not fun waiting for stuff to go to market. When everything is working well its 24 hours or less, but its been pretty unreliable for quite a while now.

I am new contributor, I facing the same issue, my products not visible in my public store even after 4 days and I hided some of my first products, which are still live on my store, I expected those won't be available in my store immediately, Is this normal ?

- I made an observation, it can help new Contributors, after you edit and before clicking the 'sell it' button make sure on which mockup your design is present in the 'big view', because that is going to be your products thumbnail unless you add any mockup, by clicking on the good mockup, you can make the first impression - best impression.

I recently discovered half of my product items were not showing up in my store. What I've figured out is something, probably a site upgrade, set the items to "hidden."

So, go to the product not showing and click on"View Product Insights," and new window pops up. Click on "Edit Listing." When the pop-up window comes up, click "Additional Information." There you can see if your product visibility has been changed or not.

Hello, I have a new store as of yesterday. The first thing I made is live and showing up in my storefront. The other two items are live but do not show up in my store. Can someone help? Will they just eventually magically show up or do I need to actively do something

Yes, they will show up in around 48 hours or so. They'll need to be run through a process called "indexing" before they show up on your store page and in the marketplace.
