Product Deleted in Earnings and Store

This week I noticed products from my store in Earnings "Sold Items" where "Product Deleted" was underneath. I went to my store to find hundreds of products gone. I am wondering if this is a glitch. Before anyone mentions it, no trademark issues. It is a minimal store. There was no email about why it was deleted. Has anyone had this problem? Can tech answer this?

Were they extremely basic templates- just a single “your text here’ or ‘insert your photo’ field filling the item? I thin Z has been perhaps cracking down on no-design designs, that just emulate their own blanks…

Was there some kind of Zazzle announcement about that — giving folks a heads up? Just curious…

I think it may have bee so long ago it was the old forum… but I’m glad I not the only one who remembers. The MP had been filling up with generic white items at the time… and I if my memory isn’t totally shot, I think Zazzle blanks were either introduced or reorganized on the website at the time… it may have been in conjunction with the major overhaul in the design tool. 

I would like to see that if someone can find it. I could not find anything in the forum.

It was ages ago… seriously like years… but I’m sure I remember it. 

I did not receive any announcement or email about it. Strange things happen, and often I find out that it is a glitch. If others have experienced this recently, then it is possible. I have written to support and am hoping for a response. I don't want to republish those because of the views and sales that were on those that had been deleted and it will be back to zero. 

I do realize that. Those are not the ones that I am talking about and not that basic. Half of my deleted products are a logo design I made and have been on here for years. Not mine, but I saw Editors' Choice on some other creators with a logo image template, so Zazzle does not have a problem with that.

Deleting without notification is Odd on Zazzle's part that too the selling products. I hope you get the answers soon.

I recall that it was communicated that special care would be taken with this type of product, and this may be mentioned in the fine print of the regulations.

I find it disturbing that things like this happen without any notification to the creator. Zazzle, what's up with this?

 I checked the title on Zazzle and this showed up. This type of template is prohibited by Zazzle as others have mentioned. Most people had their templates deleted years ago. I had some ( with more detail than this) they were all removed. So you’re not the only one affected.

The EP I think you’re referring to is a business card and it has template text on the other side. Basically the logo part is ok but it should have more than just that one thing which is a replicant of what Zazzle has.

UPDATE: I got an email back from Zazzle to send the links to all these deleted products. I did my best going through the Zazzle earnings and where I posted those on social media and sent them to support. Now the wait is on.

Someone messaged me to let me know that one of her best-selling envelopes just had this happen to her. Now it has prompted me to view my other stores. Sure enough, there are other selling products with "Product Deleted". I don't know when those were deleted. But I will have to add it to my list.

This really concerning. I hope Zazzle is able to resolve this for you!

Screenshot 2024-09-17 at 13-03-14 Zazzle.com My Account.pngI just had it happen today.  I did not delete the product myself and it has sold in the past with no issues.  I no longer have access to my university email account that I used to set up my Zazzle account so I don't know if they emailed me about it or not but whenever I try to update to my current email address in my account settings it won't let me update it to my yahoo email account. Update I was able to change it to a google email account for the future so I will get emails from Zazzle again but I still don't know why it was deleted because I didn't delete it myself.
