I was in the middle of working on a design in the design tool, when I got that error message that pops up sometimes to Reload Page or Continue and Try Again. I chose Continue a couple of times, but it kept popping up, so then I reloaded the page, and the whole design disappeared! It went back to a blank white pillow, and when I went to my Saved Designs, it was gone from there too! so now I have to make the whole thing over again!
I don't know if this is related to the intermittent problems that people are having with designs disappearing from their Saved Designs. But I was actively WORKING on the design in the Design Tool when it disappeared!

This has been happening for years to me. Maybe a couple times a month. There is no pattern. I just log out of Zazzle. Clear my browsing history etc. and relog in. Then it works.

I never thought of clearing cookies and everything and then logging back in. This is the first time I've actually lost my whole design, so it's usually not a big problem for me.

I think that might happen when it crashes before the first auto save. Maybe if it happens in the middle of one too?

This is why I create all my designs in Illustrator, save the layers as png files, then I upload the layers and add text only in the Zazzle design tool. If the Zazzle design tool crashes or an item disappears in my shop, I have the original file to fall back on. I realize that invitations require a lot more text, and thus a lot more work inside the design tool. Sorry this has happened to you, Connie.

At least it wasn't an invitation, so there was only a few lines of text. But it was still frustrating, after I uploaded all my elements and got them positioned just right, set all the text templates, and then it all vanished!
