No... there are a number of reasons you may be missing the "sell" button. Some are product dependent - like if the item is stationary that can include envelopes the sell it button will not appear without the option for envelops activated... Also if the item can include an attribution, the sell it button will not appear if you have the attribution turned off (you can remove it after the item is published by using the "edit details" function.) Also - if you've used a Zazzle background or icon you will not be able to publish the item for sale - those are for purchase only....
There may be other reasons I've forgotten about.... If you post some more details about exactly what you were trying to sell, it would be easier to diagnose the problem.
