Product Insights not Working

Is anyone else facing this problem? I've written to support, but I still don't have a solution to this problem. Product Insight has not been working for me for at least 2 weeks now.Untitled.jpg

@Steph use the dropdown and select 365 days that should show some stats if you have any

I've found that if a product has sold it will sometimes show keywords but that's pretty hit or miss

I am finding though it doesn't always match with the view counter

I can see my old stats, but for some reason I can't see any in the past 2 weeks or so.

It just stopped for each product and I am pretty sure there's some kind of bug 😫

I'm very sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue here. Could you provide a link to a product that won't display the Product Insights for the past couple of weeks? We'd be happy to take a closer look for you.

Whichever product I choose, I've noticed the same problem that started at the end of October.

 

I'm sorry to hear that. I chose a random design to investigate the issue and it appears to be working correctly on my side. Can you provide a link to a design that you can confirm exhibits the error so that we can investigate further for you? Thanks again.

You're welcome and thanks for providing that example. It looks like this product last sold on 10/20/23 so you will need to ensure your date filter is set to Last 30 Days in order to see the Products Insights. Your screenshot in your initial post looks to be set to Last 7 Days.

Ok but where are my views? I was able to see my views in the chart before, for every product, but not anymore.

For some reason I am not allowed to attach screenshot here in order to show you what I mean.

I can confirm what Steph is experiencing: My product I linked to sold several times this week and it still indicates no views.

I have contacted customer support twice but haven't received a response. 😕

Hi Steph, holy molly ,product insights is enough to do your head in ! Too hard to navigate and precious time in working it out.

Why do I get the impression that you don't understand me? As I mentioned earlier, this is an issue with my entire profile, not a specific product. Whichever product I choose, the error is the same. The views chart is empty.

This has also been happening to my products for the last couple of weeks I believe. If another example is needed, (besides what OP provided) here is one of mine that the insight isn't showing views. It shows orders placed, but not views. Vintage Wildflower Fern Beige Wedding Save The Date (zazzle.com)

Im experiencing the same. graph flat-lining for weeks now. No info under View Insights. No traffic sources ect. Product sell  - graph shows order this, but zero views. I've tried the 365 day setting on some listings but no success either. When I do this, the disparity between the view count and the graph still does not tally up. For example: on a luggage tag recently created and sold, it shows the only views this item ever had was on the day of the order. The view count is 29 versus the 5 showing on the graph (same day of order). The graph does not show the other 24 at all.

This is just one example. It is happening across all the products Ive checked randomly back to 12 Oct so far.

Hi Creators

I'm bumping this one up again, since the same issue persists and have been persisiting for weeks. I have been experiencing missing, incorrect and contradicting data for most of my new products created over a period of a couple of weeks. I have spent precious hours checking and rechecking stats, views and graphs over the last few days. I have randomly selected products that show missing, & jumbled up data. I suspect this is across my shop, but have not gone back before start Oct. Most if not all the products since Oct have issues and big discrepencies especially all products created over the last few weeks. I'm a newbie and wpould so appreciate your advice and direction. What are the protocols here relating to issues. Ive posted here 2-3 times about the same issue, but no success. I've messaged someone called Sean? too, but have not received response. I appreciate Scott sending me a mail relating to my first post in this regard here, but nothing was fixed. Which support email do you all use to alert them of issues? Thank you in advance. 🙂

As far as I'm concerned, it worked again for a couple of days now and it's not working again!

This is really frustrating.
