Product mock-ups are not downloading

From yesterday product mock-ups and product designs are not downloading from product page. Does anyone have the same issue?

Update: this function does not work on any of my tablets. On a desktop computer I can download all designs and mock-ups.

It turned out to be a problem in updating the operating system, sorry for misleading, I don’t know how to delete my post.

You can edit your post for a few minutes if you are quick, but you can’t delete your post, so  thank you for posting and  explaining  how you resolved the issue.
