Products disappeared

All products created after 2 Feb just disappeared from the store backend. 

I also am suddenly missing a total of 17 pages worth of products

so far they still seem to be showing in their collections.

Obviously a lot of us are experiencing the same issues. 27 product listings of mine have disappeared too. Also I'm always a bit concerned when it takes 4-6 days for many of my new listings to be indexed and become visible. I read in another thread that this too is an ongoing issue the team is aware of and working towards a solution.

Same issue. Plus anything created since the beginning of the month doesn't show in my public store front. A few days to show up is one thing, but this is a tad worrying.

All my designs from yesterday are gone,  They still show up as a collection but when you click on them nothing happens.

Same here only showing in media but not clickable, but not doing well on Zazzle, no sells in December, end of January sold $5.80. These collections are more than I can handle, so really thinking if this is worth it to me anymore! But love Zazzling!

I've experienced the same thing from 2/2/2024 all my designs have disappeared. I'm glad I'm not alone in this I was worried about where all my designs disappeared to. I've contacted zazzle and waiting for a response.

This was a missing product (green planner) before I was able to resurrect it:

I only noticed it was missing because I was trying to load a cover for the set of color variations. In the line up the green planner went awol, but only found it going through my 'last viewed' (also stuck) from days ago. My total product count for the shop is approx 50 down - but I would't know where to start to find the ones that are not being tallied up. So regarding the above 'green planner' example, even though I was able to bring it back, hopefully the team will be able to track the crumbs /footprint leading up to that point in time.

Mine is a brand new account that I created a week ago.  The products are still not showing up and several disappeared.  It is still not indexed after a week?

Also, my # of products went from 1582 to 1528 (none in optimization...) - my # of pages confirm this loss. Besides the above 3 mentioned, I don't notice any other recent missing so I have no idea which products are missing.

Same here - lots of products are missing from my shop. I just want to know if I need to post them again or are they going to appear the same way they disappeared. Like many other people here, I'm conflicted about adding more products because I'm not sure they will stay. Hope to get an answer soon.

Here are some products I created on Feb 2nd that are not showing in my store. I had to get the links from Pinterest. If there are more from earlier, I have no idea. These were only recognizable to me because they are newly created. However, products I am creating today and showing up in my store.
