Products not showing up in public store

Hi!

Since this Wednesday (january 17) only 5 of my products have appeared in the public store. In the last 3 days I have published around 150 new products and they are still not visible in the store.

These are a few examples of products created on the 17th:

Please check this issue. Besides the 5 products, nothing appears in the public store from what I created on the 17, 18 and 19th (usually it takes between a few hours and 1-2 days).

@Anne-Marie There's probably a backlog due to many designers posting thousands of products daily and we all have to wear a hat of patience while the site indexes them behind the scenes.

They will appear eventually.

Tech Team don't work at weekends so it'll be Monday when you'll get an answer if there's another problem (apart from the delay in products appearing on your store front)

The same is true for my recent products. Sometimes it's a typical, backlog and sometimes it is a problem issue and the team likes to be made aware so it's good you posted here about this.

I have the same problem, for me all the bottles I designed, they are not visible in store.

Items created from around the 17th also not updating my side.

'Last viewed" also lagging. 

View data stats on most items created from around end Oct 23 / start Nov 23 still either reflecting 0 although viewed and/or have contradicting stat sources resulting in 'Now trending' not appearing.

Same here - nothing posted since early morning of the 17th is showing up on the public store.

It usually never lasts longer than a week, and it's been a week now, so hopefully tomorrow everything from 1/18 and onward will be live. I do wish this wasn't such a frequent occurrence, but it is these days. Just know, it is almost always global so if products aren't going live for you, they're likely not going live for everyone.
