Products not showing up in Store Management

My store https://www.zazzle.com/store/sandyspider/products has 14K products in the Store Management. Store Management stops at Page 49 of 70 (204 on each page), a total of 9,847. About 5K are products invisible to me! This is with All Products selected. Does anyone else have this problem?

There are two separate issues being reported in this discussion, so I'm going to describe both below:

#1: We (usually) only display ~1000 products at a time. This includes search results, and on store pages. If you start flipping through pages of your store backend you'll (usually) only see ~1000 products, then you'll see a blank page (or an error page). If you absolutely need to review every product then drill down by Category until you're viewing fewer than 1,000 products. We do this intentionally for performance reasons, so this is not really a bug.

#2: There are products missing from store backend. Evidence to support this includes the Pinterest pins linked above. This is an issue that we're reviewing this now.

I usually ask that only one issue be mentioned per discussion thread, but in a case like this there's a few very similar things happening. Hopefully this helps.

Also, I'm marking my post as the solution to help provide the most clarity to anyone viewing this discussion.

It's now been a week of losing possible Father's Day sales, any updates on when we can get our products back?

I understand it will take time to get this fixed but should I try to recreate my best sellers (at least) for Father's Day/July 4th/Bastille Day and delete them after the older products return? I don't want to loose out on more sales but I don't want to create duplicate products either. 🤔

16 days of hundreds of missing products and sales diminishing daily after working so hard to pick up momentum after store clean up.

It's frustrating to have this issue marked with a green check marked solution with an open issue remaining - when those of us missing products for over two weeks still have no answers - should I start a new thread?

PLEASE get us our products back or give us an update. Patience, as you can imagine, are drawing thin.

I too am disheartened. It's hard to do anything on any of my shops. This shop (HolidayBug) is my best selling shop, and I'm at a loss at what will happen if you can't bring my products back.

6000 products are gone.

Seeing this as "solved" causes me stress as well. Could we start a thread for this issue, pulling out the pertinent information?

Things I've noticed:

  • I have several shops but only HolidayBug seems to be effected (at least to this extreme).
  • It seems to have happened on May 8th.
  • By May 9th, most of my collections said they'd been "Last updated May 9" -- though I did not touch them. I suspect it was because my products went missing.
  • Shops I was unable to delete myself and asked Zazzle to delete for me, were deleted the same day. Yeah, it might not be related, but wow, what a coincidence. 

I too seem to have only one of my stores seriously affected; PAWSitivelyPETS - other stores may have some missing but it's harder to identify because it's not in the 1000s of products, like you.

I've asked the same question - start a new thread which speaks ONLY to this issue.

We're in this together ZBug and I can not believe it's only us - it's just the two of us who have paid enough attention to notice, I guess.

Another week, so I have to ask...any updates? Will we see those products again?

It's getting harder. I've lost most of my Fathers Day sales at this point and soon it will be to late for July 4th and the other June and July holidays. Please give me hope they are not lost for good.

I so agree, ZBug! All Father's Day sales have been missed. It's been almost a month of this. Please give us our products back, give us a date when they will return. I have ZERO confidence in working on my stores at this point.

Hi Scott -

Noticed tonight while trying to work in another of my stores that my logo image has disappeared from my Image Gallery. The only reason I mention it is I'm now wondering if my missing products and now image gallery images have anything to do with the fact that Zazzle has STILL not fixed the delete saved design issue and mine shows 10,000.

That has to be taking up a tremendous amount of space somewhere. The system still won't allow me to delete them.

It's so frustrating. Every time I work for hours and days and weeks to get my stores up to the latest Z standards, something goes haywire and costs me sales so I lose the momentum I gain.  I know it's not your problem. I just worry every day that goes by and this thread is considered 'solved' that my missing products will simply stay in limbo for months.

Can my stores be refreshed or re-indexed or something to see if the products come back?
