Nothing I have listed via quick create is showing in my stores since end of March

Hey there, I also posted today for this very same issue. I did have a couple designs come through 2 days ago but it's been a week or more since I did them. I still have many others floating out there in space somewhere.

My last design to come through was from March and on the 6 April, I have uploaded designs daily. A March upload still is not showing.

And I do use three different browsers and clear the cache regularly.

Zazzle, please give an update on the situation. Another issue may be that my internet connection is not 100% reliable, so have my products failed to upload?

Hi, I don't believe it has anything to do with your internet... many other designers are now experiencing the same issues with quick create and some even with individual products. It has to be on Zazzle's end and I hope they fix it soon because we all put a lot of time and effort into our work and it's frustrating when it basically is just hanging out in space somewhere. 🙄

Here I do have the same issue…

zazzle please see to it and clear this bug.

Products created since 4/5 not appearing. And these are products created individually, not by quick create ...😿

That is so annoying, prior to me creating templates for use with quick create I had the same issue last year with individual products. I was able to transfer designs yesterday from previous listings to new products and those did post for me but I did not try a new one from scratch.

This invitation is created on April 1st (no pun intended :-)) and I can't find it in the marketplace:

With due respect, delays have been occurring for over a month, due to this, I abandoned plans to push my Easter products. Nearly a week without anything happening, 

Can I be sure that if the page loads (incorrectly) regarding "your products have been created and may take up to 24 hours to appear in the marketplace" this is indeed so?

This has been consistently happening over and over again for several months. The delays are 4 days to a week+ on a rolling basis. It would just be nice to know in advance when there are server issues or anything of that nature. I know this is a massive site with so many moving parts, but the designers (I guess "creators" now, although that doesn't feel like the right term) are the people who make it all go... are often left kind of in the dark when there are issues. And those issues do affect us. I think I am going to pivot for a while to working on products for 3 seasons ahead because at least I can guarantee they'll be in place by the time people start searching for them. Doesn't help current plans of course, but I guess it's better than being let down and really frustrated.

A batch of products created by quick create on 1 April still has not appeared, but everything else up to 6 April has, so it would appear that currently it is taking 7 to 10 days for processing. There is the option of creating a single product and then transferring the design to other products which I have started using as well

Come back to this as now my new products are appearing in the marketplace, but not in my stores.

Go to my New Forest store and "sorry, no products can be found"

Is your New Forest Store set to public or is it private?

Go to your store settings - store information - and uncheck the 'make the store private' 

Also check your products details that they are set for sale correctly

I have the same issue again. No products are showing up in the store since 8/9/2022, neither in my store nor the marketplace...the last ones that did appear had a huge delay as well.

Hi @Scott , I uploaded the products in batches and I'm not sure how to link the products since they do not appear anywhere after the upload. (I didn't notice an ID of the batch anywhere while uploading)...

If what you're referring to is a Quick Create batch then those need to be reviewed by the team prior to being added to the marketplace. This usually caused a bit of a delay, but right now that delay is a bit longer than normal. We hope to have this resolved very soon.

Hi! I just made two products in my store. They are individually made and were created two days ago.
I did everything correctly, made it public and everything, but the products aren't showing up in my store. Is there something wrong on Zazzle's end?

@PersonWorks  Welcome and good luck with this new endeavor.

Your store and two products are showing just fine. If the two circled items in your previous post are yours and the specific items you are talking about, then no, I didn't see them. Check to make certain that they have been made PUBLIC. Also check to see that you haven't used one of Zazzle's ICONS (from the left hand side of the designer area).

There is a delay from posting to being seen in the public storefront (Usually no more that several hours). Patience is the key to existence at Zazzle.

Can you look at mine? I see my stuff but nothing shows up under collections all the sudden. Did a fix happen and messed mine up now?

I am a new Zazzle creator and I am having the same issue. I created 200+ products since 9/11 and none of them are showing in the marketplace. I created a new “accessories” department and assigned products to it and none are showing (although I do see them under “collections”).

The store name is AnastasiHome. Is this delay normal or should I focus on selling on other online platforms?

There was a slight delay with products indexing from 09/11/2022 which will hopefully be caught up soon.

Yes, they are showing in the backend, but not in the marketplace, in the public. The only one showing is the key ring, from the greeting card that says 'hello'  and none of the others I've designed in between. This is the public storefront view.1.png

Hi @sanastasi,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the visibility of your products. Can you provide a link to some of the products that are not showing in the marketplace? If you created these designs using the Quick Create tool then they may still be awaiting review. They are reviewed by a team here and this process is taking slightly longer than usual. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

I'm relatively new to building out my first shop. I though I was going crazy experiencing this issue of disappearing products. Are there any updates from Zazzle on products being created and then disappearing from the store view?It's like almost EVERYTHING I do in Zazzle doesn't "stick" immediately after making a change, some eventually happen with patience but the products were deigned days ago and nothing yet...Waiting patiently!

Hi,

I am a new seller here and I am still not seeing the products I created last Oct 28, 2022 under Products category in my Store. It clearly says in your instructions that after 24 hours it will be visible but until now it's not. I followed all the visibility settings correctly and when I click products it still says " Something went wrong 404": https://www.zazzle.com/store/heartwork_journaling/products

Need help on this asap.

Hi there @Maritza_Parra,

I checked on your store and all the products created more than 72 hours ago should now be showing in the public storefront. It may take a bit longer than normal at the moment as there are some slight index delays.

Is there a minimum amount requirement for the collections? I haven't reached 10 collections yet but each of them has at least 4 products. Only 1 collection showed up when I clicked "View public storefront". Just wondering.
