Promoter link not working on instagram

Hi,

I have not been receiving the promoter royalty when my customers tap on link from my Instagram account. I thought maybe my customers (who I speak to regularly) were just not clearing their browser settings before tapping on the link so thought it was a human error-- however I decided to try it out today and each time I made a sample purchase from my phone, laptop or desktop computer, the purchase lists as "3rd party". I clear browser settings on each of my devices. What I also noticed is when i tap on the link from my Instagram profile, it goes to my Zazzle page with an old banner from weeks ago. Anyone else having this issue? Thank you in advance!
