2 issues occurring after download purchase, both related to text template fields:
1. Permanently deleted text template fields
Text template fields/objects with no content (e.g. optional fields added on purpose by designers or fields emptied/not filled in by customers before purchasing) are permanently deleted on the purchased duplicate and no longer available for edits after purchase, neither within the personalize form nor within the designer:
2. PNG downloads in certain cases don't reflect text changes made via template (via designer works fine)
This one is a bit tricky. It applies to PNG images downloaded directly after text changes are made within the personalize form. Text changes applied within the designer work correctly. JPG and PDF seem also to work correctly. In these cases, the downloaded PNG file (didn't test the ZIP version, just single image downloads) shows the last text content before editing, the changes done via form are not taken. If a Print PDF download takes place (which works correctly) and the PNG is downloaded again afterward, the changes on the PNG are reflected. It seems to be related to the personalize form functionality, edits directly from within the designer work correctly.
