"create a new product" leading to foreign language products to make?

when i click on "create a new product" in the back end of my store, it takes me to the "create your own" page...

where if i scroll down to view all products, the titles are currently in French! Yesterday they were in German, it seems to vary day by day, sometimes it's in English. I am logged into the .com site.

I wonder if this is related to the other thing some people are reporting here...
