Recent designs have disappeared from store backend

All of the designs that I have been creating over the last few days have completely disappeared from my store. I shared the designs on Pinterest after I created them, and when I click the link on Pinterest it takes me to the product page on Zazzle. So the designs must still be on the Zazzle marketplace, but I cannot see them in the backend of my store. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Out of 9000 products, I have over 500 products missing. How do we find out which products are missing, when we have that many missing? I could try the edit details, but do I have to edit all of my products, just to get the 500 to reapppear? Any updates from Zazzle would be helpful. Thanks

I was designing tonight and a few products posted fine but then this product seems not to be posting to my backend even though I can access the product page using the link:

I’m seeing this also. Posted some new products and also noticed the last viewed is messed up as well. I did get my new products to show up but I had to go into the edit details and then save them again. Very cumbersome.

Yeah, Cat‘s workaround DOES WORK!! I just tried it. I didn’t notice the three dots yesterday. 🙄 As I said I just opened my store in November of last year so I still have tons to learn.

l noticed though that a design I have sold a couple of days ago but which had not disappeared from the inventory does not reflect the sale but my Zazzle score didn’t go down - cool. But I‘m truly happy that I can restore my listings with Cat‘s trick - thanks a bunch!!

I‘m pretty sure the weather conditions were responsible because it was pretty bad in the Bay Area. I also figure that a lot of Zazzle folks might be working remotely so just because the Zazzle address has power restored that doesn’t mean it applies to all the staff of Zazzle.

I found a helpful thing which might work for some of you! I use Chrome and I can see my history. If I go back to Feb 2-6 I can see the links for products I made. I am visiting those links and using Cat's clever trick to "edit design" then save. They are showing up in my products again for now. Another random thing I noticed that is somewhat reassuring. If I go to my "artist profile" page and look beneath my stores I can see "latest products" and the ones I last created 2/6 are showing there. Of course I can't click them or access them but I see their little thumbnails. I am still missing more than 800 items and haven't heard any update or info from zazzle which is not very comforting tbh. 

No need to do that, just sip a coffee and wait, it's starting to comeback, mine's all back, I was thinking, maybe I didn't have to do anything yesterday.  😂  they all indexing on the market too.

  • The products are gradually coming back, along with views.  I've had 30 restored so far and I'm down to 2 days ago views.

Mine seem to be back. I still had several items missing from way before Feb 2nd, just random items published on different dates. But they seem to be back now, I hope all of them. The reporting on views is also slowly coming trough for some of the items posted after Feb 2nd.

It seems that the products that disappeared from my store are back again ! I'm so happy. I hope that the problem is fixed for all of us.

This might explain it (sorry don't have time to read through all the replies).

"Unfortunately, we are experiencing some issues with Zazzle stores indexing at the moment, this includes collections and categories. Our technical team are looking into this and working to get it resolved as soon as possible."

Indexing can be a slow process, and it's possible that it's not totally caught up just yet. But, yes, we're seeing good progress so far.

Would this also include older products? I have products over a year old that are missing? Thanks

This particular issue ("Recent designs have disappeared from store backend) was caused by slowness in the indexing process over the span of a handful of days. This probably wouldn't impact older designs. If you're finding that older designs have gone missing then I'd start a new discussion thread and try to provide links to a handful of products that are not appearing as you'd expect (assuming you can locate product links, if not then try to let us know which stores are impacted and any other information that you can think of that might be helpful).

This issue must have had something to do with the older products missing too. I had over 2k missing, some recent, but more older. Most of them came back, but I'm still missing about 23 products over 4 stores. I have no way of figuring out which ones they are.

Yes, I am seeing this for weeks now, super frustrating, its probably because my art is soooo good they are worried they will break their server, so they've hidden them al, lol 😉  please fix it fast Zazzle Team

Not only are my saved designs missing but they are older than a few months, None of  my new ones are there, and all designs I've posted for sale are no where to be found, in collections or categories.
