Replace Product Not Replacing the Product

I'm currently updating a lot of designs to lock the designs down, so customers can use the instant downloads, using the Replace Product feature.  A few of them have been accepted, but a lot of them that I spent the whole day replacing haven't.  Is there a way that the people review the products can be told that the designs may not look different at all, but changes have been made?

Thanks!  It looks like they went back and accepted some of the changes.  Some are still not fixed.

This can be due to either backlog or reviews on hold for being in a customer checkout. Reviews can take up to 5 business days to be accepted and are in a random order.  Your reviews should be cleared soon.  Thanks!

This has happened to a few products I have tried to update. They never updated and there is no "pending review" showing in the backend of my store.

Replace Product not updating, design pending review sign showed but then disappeared without updating product, some of my image templates were not set to fill and some fonts changed, nothing updating

Can anyone help?

Fwiw Here’s what I’ve discovered using the “replace product” feature, which I use fairly often.  After submitting the product the ‘under review’ notice disappears usually with no apparent update.  However, they seem to update / catch up a day or two later if just left alone.  So I’ve learned to be patient and check back.  They pretty much all seem update that way.  In a very few cases I’ve had to resubmit them.  Patience, grasshoppers!
