Request payment button not showing

Congratulations creators! I'm new to the Zazzle platform, my store opened not long ago. I submitted the form W-8BEN to the tax office 7 weeks ago, the form was accepted for consideration. Now the amount that I want to withdraw has accumulated, the profit has already been cleared. I indicated mine PayPal, but I don't see any button to withdraw money. I don't understand what's the matter?

Normally payments are made monthly once your earnings have cleared followed by a cycle of 30 days as per the payment schedule.

Any earnings accrued in December, will clear in January and issued by the middle of February (3 weeks away)

So in theory, any of your sales that have cleared won't be available until February by the earliest for processing payment automatically.

Not sure about your Request Payment button issue. There's no way to automatically withdraw money until Zazzle says it's ready /cleared to be paid (unless you pay extra for processing fee - I'm not too clear on that as I've never done it)

Ideally, you should get in contact with zazzle directly for any payment issues.

The Tech Team don't work on the weekend, so you won't get an immediate answer.
