Just noticed now that my royalties are not adding up properly. I have a shortfall of over $70. I was working on my recent banner design when a sale came through. Just out of curiosity I checked to see what I'd earned and I then noticed this particular royalty has not been added to my total. It's been hours now. This led me down a rabbit hole of calculating everything manually. I've calculated and recalculated this and I'm pretty certain I've had more royalties that have not been added to my total. Now I'm not sure if this has been going on for a while or not since we as creators just trust Zazzle to give us EVERY PENNY owed to us.
@Scott please may you look into this for me or may you please alert Z for me. I'd like to think I'm not the only one with this issue. Thanks
