I noticed that one of my royalties was not calculated correctly even though the royalty rate on the royalties report is correct. The self-referral was calculated correctly at 35% as I am in the Promoter 2 program. I had updated the royalty rate on 7/17/23 (the product was sold on 8/14/2023). The product was transferred but my default royalty was the same as the royalty set for the first product. Would someone please have a look? Thank you!
