Sales not clearing

I have noticed that for the past few days, sales have not been clearing so the “current total balance” stays the same and the 30 day “pending” figure only increases. I definitely had sales in early November which should have cleared by now.

Is this the same for everyone else?

Hello, I’m having the same isue. For days now the ‘Current total ballance’  has not changed.

Same issue here, lots building up in pending but current total balance not changing. It’s been at least 4/5 days.

Mine starting clearing at 11:00 am GMT so looks like it's on the move

Even though the pending number has changed - some are still not showing as green cleared but that'll probably sort itself out in time I hope

My Earnings Summary - Current Total Balance has now updated.  Will it keep updating?  We shall see. xxing fingers. 😄

My pending total isn't changing with sales or when money is clearing, sales are showing up in my royalty history and I can see my cleared total changing but my pending doesn't.

It is happening again this year. I forgot it went like this last year until I looked up if anyone else was having problems. I guess it is just the end of year totals but I thought computers didn't need help to keep this kind of thing straight. hmmmm
