Server Error when trying to upload images for design

I have been creating many designs for my new store. I often use a 5000 x 5000 pixels PNG with transparent background for t-shirts, mugs etc. I have done this many times already but for some reason, I cannot upload this exact type of file anymore. I keep getting an error message that there is a server error. Any ideas?

A few suggestions—-
clear your browser cache, history, cookies etc.
Close your browser.
Log out of zazzle.
Restart your computer.
Login to zazzle, try again to upload your image.
Post back to say whether that works for you. Most likely tho, whatever you attempt won’t change anything till the server stops erroring out on you.
And, a server error has to do with the server having issues, not necessarily an issue with what you are attempting to upload, since you said you have previously had no problem with similar image size and file type. Zazzle is in the middle of fixing the “no views” issue with shops on the website, which could explain the server error. So, it’s probably not you, it’s the server.

Hi @needfulthingsin

Thank you for reaching out! Is this issue still persisting? Could I ask you to provide a screenshot of the error message so that we can investigate this matter for you? 🙂

Bad news folks. The error appears to be back again. I've been trying to upload stuff on to the site for the past 2 days now but nothing works. Most uploads seem to make it up to about 50-70% before this error message appears.  Almost got lucky once with an upload making it all the way to about 95%, then failing 😅

What could be the reason for this problem, I'm new to Zazzle and I keep seeing it in every upload.

Haven't encountered this problem for a while now since I've upgraded my wifi speed. Used to have terrible wifi that had painfully slow upload speeds so I assume that might have been one of the reasons for upload fails. Also, I've reduced my file sizes to under 10Mb.

If you reduce the file size of your image to 10Mb does it interfere with the quality of your design?

Normally it would but I've switched to a different line of products that does not require large files so everything is good now.
