I sold a product yesterday, and it's showing up in my Royalty History. But when I look at the item on my dashboard it shows 0 views. Just wondering how that is possible. I checked the analytics and it shows sold and 0 views there too.
It was this tissue paper: Cute Fantasy Rainbow Unicorn Birthday Gift Wrap Tissue Paper

Thank you! All 3 sold to the same person, so I'm guessing they're going to be used as wrapping paper or something maybe.
I have noticed views have been lagging lately, but usually when I get a sale the view shows so I thought it was a bit weird.

@Silvara I haven’t sold much yet so it hasn’t happened to me yet so I couldn’t tell.

I've had this happening. Might be lagging of views. But i also thought of the possibility that someone viewed it previously and had already put the item in their cart to putatively purchase it later (that's what i do sometimes). Or it might be purchased from a 3rd party website...
But it's interesting to see what a rare product you sold. Thaught that most people only purchase stationary or stickers and stuff on zazzle...

Adding it to their cart and buying it later would make sense, except that item showed 0 views ever. I would think you would need to view the item in order to add it to your cart. So I'm guessing it was just laggy on the view counter. It's now showing 13 views, but still 0 on the date it actually sold. lol
I'm still new to selling on Zazzle, made my first item 3 months ago. But so far I've sold oven mitts, tissue paper, and lunch boxes. So I'm going to design more of those! I made a bunch of different stuff to see what sells, and I've read it's different for everyone.
