I am not a bot.

I am a human. I am not a bot. I am a legitimate designer and customer.

Your system erroneously infers I am a bot. i am not a bot. Every tab I open today is giving me a press and hold prompt. It then goes to a checkmark, thinks for awhile and then says 'please try again'. I could not access any of my product pages or my store backend this morning, even by connecting through an external link.

Apparently my creating two collections over the weekend and having multiple tabs open is confusing your computer system.
I have also verified my account with a phone number for your chat feature to previously demonstrate that I am not a bot.

Your bot system should not be locking out legitimate designers and system users. Please address this issue.

I’m getting this today over and over, so annoying as it messes with my designing products 😣

I am not a bot either! Go this several times today and when I am in the design tool I get thrown out!

While I am grateful that something is done about those who seem to spam the marketplace there needs to be some limit on how many times a day this shows up.

i had it happen again yesterday. When we are creating collections involving alot of transfers to other products or similar designs created quickly, the system should not be flagging and locking us out

I am not a bot either. I just moved the mouse on my shop's screen, and the bot message popped up. Also, it appeared 3 times while designing an invite, and dragging and dropping stuff on the page.

I apologize for starting a new topic but for some reason, I can't reply to the thread. Sometimes I refresh the page quite a few times before I post a product after tweeting it and the spam verification thingy comes up every single time I refresh the page or post a product. It's pretty annoying.

That’s happening to me today, too.

Can someone post a screenshot of what this "spam thingy" is?

I've been frequently receiving this message today, sometimes while adjusting a design or in the middle of writing a product description. Today, it's not even correlating to repetitive activities that might potentially invoke an algorithm - it's random and disuptive.

Pressing and holding the button doesn't always work. The button starts filling with blue, provides a success message, but then starts the routine completely over without allowing me to access my work. I've had to take breaks at times to be able to access my work.
