Stickers Missing in Collection View

I have created stickers, many have been purchased, that are no longer showing up in my collection. They somehow populate into the real-views, but when I'm looking at the collection overview as a whole, the sticker box shows up blank.

And yes, I did check to see if they are in the correct collection and they are. I can see that when I am have the sticker product and I click on "add to collection." It shows they have been added, but when I click on the actual collection they don't appear.

No, that's not it. They were correctly shown in the collection when I first created them months ago. I just happened to check on that collection recently and noticed that they weren't showing up in the actual collection, even though I could see them in the real-view.

They've been having issues with the stickers.

Hey @AlyssaErnst,

Sorry to hear about this issue. Can you please share a link to each missing sticker and a link to the collection they are missing from?

Thanks.

Hello! I just checked and it looks like the sticker situation has been resolved, however there is still an issue with the enclosure cards and response cards not showing up in real views. Here is one collection where I notice it
https://www.zazzle.com/pd/editcollection?id=119966837839097537
I have them created in the size and orientation and they show up in the collection slot, but not in the real views.

Hey @AlyssaErnst,

Thank you for sharing a link.

I believe this is expected behavior. The products listed under your response cards and enclosure cards are a thank you card product. The products need to be made from the response card or enclosure card product initially to be used in the realviews.

I would love to know what I'm supposed to do differently. This is what I get when I click edit details. It shows that it's listed correctly, but Zazzle somehow still adds the "thank you" to the title, even though it's not categorized as a thank you card. Also, the fact that it is automatically placed in the RSVP/enclosure slot tells me that it does recognize that it is an enclosure card. Please advise.

Hey @AlyssaErnst,

You have the correct marketplace department chosen, but the product type is a thank you card. If you scroll down further on the product page, the about this product section shows "About Thank You Cards"

This can also be confirmed by clicking on the "create your own from scratch" option, which brings you here to a blank thank you card.

You can see blank enclosure cards here

Hopefully this helps and let me know if you have any other questions.
