Technical Issues in Collections Backend

I am having some issues in my collections backend. Since the issues are multiplying, I thought it was time to reach out for help.
1) Typo in the Collections Backend. File Folders is mispelled File Folers.
2) How do we make a collection private? I do not see where to make a collection private or to undo private status. When I have all collection channels enabled, some collections show up as private anyway. Other collections, when those same collection channels are disabled, are still public. In both cases, all products inside those collections are set as direct sell only. I need the ability to navigate this for my business clients.
3) I am not able to share a collection with a client when it is set to private. All products in the collection are set to direct sell only. But those items should be viewable by anyone I send the link to. However, the collection is not viewable. I am directed to undo private status in order to share the collection. But when I am done sharing I have no way to make it private again.
4) Employee Lanyards- The products I am taken to (from the collections backend Lanyard section, when I click create a lanyard, are key chains and dry erase boards. The employee badges I did create (and included the lanyard feature) show up in name badges and not Lanyards.
