The collection says 2 orders but I only have 1 sale

The collection says 2 orders in last 90 days, but I only have one sale of a rug 9/29/2023. No one else. Why is that?

Did you have a sale that went pink? Maybe the system doesn't recognize canceled orders?

@GabiwArt could the 'extra' sale be that it's has secondary content added to the original order? Check the shipping email of the order and if it's got an extra line - eg - $0.01 - then that could cause it? (had it happen to me where secondary content was added to one of mine and the sale count went up by 1 to 2 but only one was bought - it's a way that zazzle tracks secondary content I believe)

@GabiwArt so it's possible secondary content was added. Unless Tech team can double check for you with the order number.

If not - I have no idea 🙂
