The Dreaded "Press and Hold"

I've been really trying to make a serious effort to grow in 2022 and that means going through ALL of my current products and doing the typical editing of titles/disc/tags as well as changing merchandising views. I've been waiting to post for a few days now in hopes it was just a bug/glitch.
Either i'm working TOO fast or there's something wrong with the "prove you're not a robot" thing. This morning was the last straw, I worked for about 30-45 minutes, and I got hit with it. Usually in the past few days I could work for 3 or 4 hours before it popped up. I can "press and hold" the first time, get a little work done, then the second one pops up and when I press and hold it just loads and loads like it doesn't take it. The second time it refuses to take it, and its all tied to this dang forum, so I couldn't even hop on here to make a post about it. I had to stop working 3 hours ago because of it and Zazzle has finally let the "press and hold" go away on its own so I can make this post.
@Scott If this could be looked into, I would very much appreciate it. This is putting a serious hamper on my work-flow, not sure if anyone else has been having this issue as well.

Haven't done any work since posting this, been waiting for an admin to respond. Seems like they responded to most other tech issues whether a mod is tagged in it or not. I really don't care much for this new forum. Its supposed to be "easier" to find things and yet folks like me still get left in the dark about our tech problems.
All i'm asking to know is: Has the frequency of the captcha been changed on us, if not then why does it not go through correctly the 2nd time it pops up?

Apologies for the delayed response here. The Click & Hold functionality can be quite complex, and will vary from user to user. What I can say is that you're more likely to be impacted if you are repeating the same exact actions over and over for a long period of time. Same goes if you use privacy-oriented or ad-blocking extensions as they may delete cookies that the system adds to your browser.
I'm not sure if I understand what you're saying in your final sentence. Can you rephrase?

I can do the very first press and hold captcha just fine. The little bar fills up and it lets me resume my work. When I continue after that, eventually I get it again for the second time. The second time I press and hold, the bar fills up and then turns grey and I get three grey loading dots inside of it. I can leave it like that for an hour and it will never load and let me continue working. I have to continually check back by either refreshing the page or trying to open a new one and try the press and hold every 30 minutes to an hour to see if it went away on its own because it will not work. The Zazzle website and these forums are connected together with the captcha. Since the captcha won't work the second time, every time it happens I had been unable to make a post about it on here. My very first post on 4/19 was made after the incident occurred, over 3 hours later because I couldn't get into the forums until the captcha went away on its own.
All I'm doing is a spring clean in my back end. I open about 10 tabs, edit titles/tags/description and changing merchandising views as well as giving it a view of my own. Finish with those 10 products, rinse and repeat. No ad blockers here or extensions. I hope this can clarify things.
Has anything changed with how the captchas decide to show up or am I just working too fast? Is the second captcha that doesn't load working as intended or is it a bug?

OK I have got the dreaded "press and hold", not normally a problem but today it is. I click, I hold, it gives the tick, it gives me the three dots, and then says "press and hold again". Not ideal when I have set a day aside to work on zazzle.
Nothing has changed on my browser or protection software that I am aware of.
I appreciate Zazzle doesn't actually do things to intentionally annoy the designers, but sometimes I do ponder whether there is somebody feeling a little grumpy and just likes throwing an occasional spanner in the works.🙄🤔

Hi Zazzle team, could someone look into this issue? I experience the same thing too. I downloaded a lot of my product picture to create better mock up pictures for my Zazzle store and the "press and hold" appeared. First and second time, it was smooth. But the third time it keep loads and loads. I tried again in the next morning and it still the same. I can guarantee I'm a human not a bot.

same as OP, and it never let's me continue, just keeps showing 3 dots indefinitely, then after a while changed to "press and hold" again...and again...and again....
for context; i was trying to post a design, first one in a few weeks (so not due to too much activity on my end), in an updated version of chrome, without any vpn or stuff like that...
Just insane, it's making me default back to other POD sites, which it too bad really

I have the same issue. Logged in and opened several tabs to review discontinued and hidden products in order to edit, remerchandise or delete them. The "Press and hold" worked once or twice. Then just three dots after the checkmark. Now it does not even allow me to log in anymore to main Zazzle.com page. This is a very annoying and impeding feature which needs to be reviewed and rectified. Like this, it is not possible to work efficiently and smoothly as a designer.
