i have been having to copy and paste from previous products with said image. i can not get a screenshot of missing images because they are indeed missing from the back-end for which i would be taking the screenshot from. the images seem to actually still be there but not visible on my end for some odd reason. seems to come and go pretty regularly. random images will not be accessible for short periods of times and then randomly that will reappear and another will disappear. when the images come back i can get a screenshot of that and then wit for the problem to pop up again and then i could get a comparison image. the problem i am having is an image that should be in the back-end is not there. the problem is if i re-upload the image it has a chance to become a duplicate when the original magically reappears maybe about a week or two later. also update it just happened again today. found another image that has gone missing.
