Update payment settings

Update payment settings, I keep getting an update payment method message on my account saying payment method is incomplete which it is not. I have resubmitted my payment details and I still have the message. The message is saying I can not be paid because of this. Is this a known issue or have I missed something basic? I have been paid for the last 6 years without issue and nothing has changed.

I got the same. Been here 8 years and have been paid the same way the entire time. Hopefully it is just a glitch and won't affect payment date.

Me too, though I did discover I'd left off the area code in my phone number. It's been fine for over 10 years, but I added the area code and will likely suffer for it.

in July this happened to me. Contacted Zazzle immediately they said it was corrected, but too late to receive payment for that month. I received August payment with July's missed payment, then received September payment ... no problem. Now this month same error with no explanation as to why. All details in my payment profile are correct. I've been receiving earnings to the same paypal account for years, but all of a sudden this payment error happens randomly. Waiting on a response from the payment department and fingers crossed they can correct it to still submit payment by the 15th, but holding my breath as last time it wasn't possible.

I just received a "welcome" email from Zazzle for having created an account, and they're looking forward to working with me. What?! I didn't create an account. I already have one. Yes, things are messed up.

I got the same email. @Mark this won't affect October payment will it?

Hi all, we believe this message to be a glitch. Please do not update your payment settings or this will cause a delay with regular payments. I have taken a list of those of you who have posted here and will check if you are due a payment, we can try and avoid a delay if a save was done. Thanks.

This is amazing James! It just refreshed on my end to show payment will clear. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 

My payment was delayed but I just checked again and it looks like it's about to be sent, so I guess I'm okay after all.

@James  What a shame that my message said my payment settings were incomplete, and so I fixed the area code for my phone number. Now Zazzle--according to email I received--views me as a brand-new designer, and I won't, therefore, be paid this month. I hope I'm no longer new in November.

I also got this message and went into my payment settings and clicked update. I don't have anything in my pending payments but should be getting a payout this month.

Due to the "glitch", I did not receive payment in October. It is now November and I noticed that my balance has not yet shown up into "pending". I just want to make sure that this isn't happening again. Thank you

Same here. I had spoken with Zazzle Support after the fact in the middle of October and have emailed again today, but know from my conversation with them this is a Community matter, so hoping @James can advise to avoid any further delays. Thanks!

I updated the payment method that day. My payment has still not been pending. It remains as total balance. Please help with the payment.
