Question About W-8BEN Processing on Zazzle

Hi everyone,

I recently received an email from Zazzle confirming that my W-8BEN form has been accepted and processed. However, when I check the Payment History and Payment Settings tabs, there are no updates or changes reflecting this.

I’m wondering if this might be an error on Zazzle’s side, or if their system simply needs more time to update? If anyone has experienced a similar situation or knows more about this, I’d really appreciate your insights.

Hi @Khanhkbei , i can confirm your W8 form looks to be connected to your account. If your account is eligible for an earnings payment, you will see a Pending earnings payment appear in the "Payments- History" tab between the 1st and 15th of the month. Thanks.
