Question About W-8BEN Processing on Zazzle

Hi everyone,
I recently received an email from Zazzle confirming that my W-8BEN form has been accepted and processed. However, when I check the Payment History and Payment Settings tabs, there are no updates or changes reflecting this.
I’m wondering if this might be an error on Zazzle’s side, or if their system simply needs more time to update? If anyone has experienced a similar situation or knows more about this, I’d really appreciate your insights.

Hi @Khanhkbei , i can confirm your W8 form looks to be connected to your account. If your account is eligible for an earnings payment, you will see a Pending earnings payment appear in the "Payments- History" tab between the 1st and 15th of the month. Thanks.

Accounts don't show that the form is accepted, it would be nice if it would, that way there would be less inquiries to support asking about its status.

About the status of my payments, as I’ve encountered ongoing issues since March.
My last successful payment was processed in February. However, March’s payment was marked as “Canceled,” and there have been no further updates since.
I’ve resent my W8 form multiple times, but received feedback that the address does not match Payment Settings.
Last month, I replied directly to your support email following recommendations to adjust browser settings and resubmit the form via your provided instructions. I attached screenshots confirming that the address in my Zazzle account matches the one on the W8 form. My payment status remains unchanged.
Any possibility of resolving this matter in time for this month’s payment cycle?

Would you do the same for me? I submitted an inquiry and my W8 to Zazzle like 2 weeks ago, and also asked creator support about it, and up to now not a single answer. Also, I have asked some forum admins, and just one person answered at the beginning, after that... nothing
