Weird Price for Tissue Paper?

I set this tissue paper to 12.3% and in the backend it shows the price being $2.30 each. When I look at the public view it shows a price of $7.05 for 3? I'm not a math wiz but shouldn't that price by $6.90? Can anyone explain to me what is happening here? Glitch or not enough coffee?
