I started to download mock-up files for my round beach towels recently created, in order to prepare custom pictures of my products.
On the first one ( front view), I realized there were visible defects (white pixels) on the picture. I thought I had a problem on my design, but I inspected it and these defects are not visible on it.
Then, I downloaded them for other products and saw they were everywhere. So, I suppose that the problem is on Zazzle side. ( see red and blue circles on pictures below)
Could you please have a look and correct it ?

I made a few of these new round beach towels on 11/28 and noticed the same thing on my first design with a black background and my sun artwork pattern. At first I too thought it was from my design, but after trying something else then saw it was white line marks on the towel view itself. Just made another one without text on my design and can see the white marks more.
had it happen on some of my fonts. the font does not have weird distressed lines on it, but the preview does, and that's the only way I can download too. Same exact font on two different items (stroke was not adjusted or anything). One has, one does not.
