In the past, I've sold a fair number of watches, both wrist and pocket types. I've actually bought many myself, as I love the Zazzle watches.
Unfortunately, I hardly ever sell a watch anymore, and I may have just found out why. Try to search for them. I get results, but generally not wrist watches or pocket watches. Lots of apple wrist bands, but not what I'm looking for. Tried to narrow the category, but that was no help.

Still mostly APPLE watches/bands. A Search for "Pocket Watch" brings up only images on other products.

For me ALL watches are now showing as SOLD OUT. That's men's, women's and kid's.
That seems odd. Maybe the supplier has ceased trading or has pulled out. Please let us know the situation Zazzle.

Correction - they're all showing as sold out on the UK site. On the USA site there are still styles available in Men's and Ladies, not kids.

This is STILL not working doing a search on Zazzle.
Ironically searching via the Affiliate Helper does show watches, as does a Google search for Zazzle watches.
It's time this was sorted out. We're losing potential sales.

This is no longer just an inconvenience; it's become a critical emergency for my business, and for Zazzle as a whole. I am profoundly distressed and genuinely concerned about the future, as I've now had multiple long-standing, regular customers inform me they are abandoning Zazzle entirely.
They are explicitly stating they will be taking their business to Amazon, eBay, and Etsy from now on, simply because they cannot find the products they are consistently searching for here.
How many loyal customers, and how much collective revenue, do we and Zazzle have to lose before the severity of this search functionality breakdown truly registers? What could possibly be more important than ensuring customers can find what they want to buy? It feels as though resources are being poured into design tools when the fundamental ability for customers to shop is crumbling.
This "last so-called update fix" over a month ago has been nothing short of a disaster, only exacerbating the problem. Please, I implore you, beta test, beta test, beta test these updates before they go live!
We are bleeding customers because of this critical flaw.
Please, please, please, please, please, please FIX THE SEARCH! Our livelihoods depend on it.

I don't understand this. If they are long-time regular customers of yours, why aren't they going directly to your store or using direct links you sent/shared instead of randomly searching the MP?
Manually searching for watches does not work. This is known issue that needs fixing.
But in the meantime, you could direct people to this link:
https://www.zazzle.com/c/watches (almost 60K results of actual watches)
The filters for style, gender, strap material, design style, event, etc etc .. all work and produce expected results.
You can even add a keyword to the end like https://www.zazzle.com/c/watches+cat
Once you hit Enter to go, the URL converts to https://www.zazzle.com/cat+watchesand produces expected results.
https://www.zazzle.com/bride+watches
https://www.zazzle.com/dog+watches
https://www.zazzle.com/floral+watches
If the keyword added is a main category like say weddings or golf, or is something included in a product type like 'coffee' or 'mug' or 'flag" ... it doesn't work. So it's far from a perfect solution but if your customers are relying on searching the MP rather than direct links from you then I would guess your income is coming from referrals on whatever they buy even if not yours. In which case you can direct them to that first link - https://www.zazzle.com/c/watches - which works perfectly as expected even with filters applied. Also, one of those filters is "Creator Store" which shows 100 stores and that too is working correctly for me.
I 100% agree that search needs a major overhaul, I feel like it's probably the #1 thing needed to improve the site and thus sales overall. I have no idea why watches specifically are in such a black hole. That's bad. BUT, watches are not invisible in the MP so that's good. That means for regular long-term customers, you can provide them a direct link to your product, or the general link that works for browsing them (https://www.zazzle.com/c/watches).

@NigelSutherland What is "Affiliate Helper", Nigel? I did a search and could not find it? (never heard of it either).
For me a Google search for watches in the US does not show ANY Zazzle watch 😿
