Zazzle images not appearing on nextdoor.com

Nextdoor.com is a neighborhood community website/app. I like to use it to advertise my Zazzle Holiday Card Collections to people who live in my town. It is business friendly.
Only the Collection link line will post; not the Collection image. (This was true last holiday season as well.)
So I don't exactly know why a  collection image isn't appearing when I post a Collection link in my Nextdoor feed.
I'm wondering if Zazzle can do anything about this issue so a Collection link image would appear on Nextdoor readily?
I recall when MeWe first started, there was a problem with their system fetching Zazzle images  and Zazzle had to contact them directly to work it out. Not sure if a similar thing needs to happen between Zazzle & Nextdoor.com. Though Nextdoor.com isn't that new.

Thank you for your reply. We'll need to pass this issue along to the QA Team,  but we should confirm other links are being expanded from other sites on this nextdoor.com site. Would you be able to provide us a screenshot from another platform where you also use the Zazzle links and they get expanded? 🙂

I decided a good work around for now was using the "product mockup download" option, then posting that as a photo on Nextdoor and adding a Collection link in the caption below. It would be nice, though, if in the future product & collection images would expand in Nextdoor; even the Zazzle promo link doesn't expand into it's banner image in Nextdoor.

Hi Roberta,
I wanted to thank the Zazzle QA Team because the Zazzle product  & Collection images do open now on Nextdoor! I just noticed last week and posted my Graduation Collection image. Nextdoor sent  an email telling me I'd had like 967 hits on that one thing! (No sales yet) But it was cool that it worked!😀
