All of my products created today suddenly disappeared upon refresh. And at the same time, my products created yesterday now have a 'last viewed date' of 1025 years ago..... Oh and apparently 'last sold' 12/31/0999 🤣 That is actually the date on all items that haven't sold yet.
I am on a Mac desktop. Chrome. (both updated versions). Empty cache, hard reload doesn't fix it. Also happening to my mom on a Macbook Air with Chrome at a different location.
Oh, and just got the 'press and hold' bot screen for the first time in I can't tell you how long.
And for the past hour or so I had at least two products have an issue posting for sale and had to submit twice. (not to mention the typical timeout on the design tool)
I have the same problem. Plus a few of my products are being shown in duplicate.
I just created & published a bunch of new things today: about 15 items.
Of those, only 4 are showing my store with "last viewed 1025 yrs 4 months ago; The remainder have disappeared. (though I have the published Zazzle email for each)
Some are in saves images, but if I click on them there, all go to "oops, can't find your product."
PLUS the red optimization triangle has gone suddenly crazy and is all over pages of products in any product category that I put a new published product in store backend.. For example: I did one Xmas postcard, which disappeared, but now EVERY in my Christmas store folder has a red triangle! Same in Halloween folder in my store: added a couple new things; now EVERY item has a red triangle.
Also, I selected a new merchandising view for a product and after I confirmed it for save, it created double merch views of that same product.
I believe the disappearing newly published products; the weird view count and the sudden population of red optimize triangles in whatever store category new products were added are ALL related to some causal factor.

Additional problems I want to add to the above list:
#1) I created 4 new Halloween card products. If I go to the Landing page for one for those newly added products, if I scroll down to see My Collection below that, ONLY THOSE 5 NEW ITEMS ARE SHOWN as being in that Collection, when the Collection has 23 items actually. I check the "share" button and the Collection thumbnail is only display 4 of the newly posted Hallween cards, which are at the bottom of the Collection in reality and it ought to show cards in the top row of that Collection. So whatever this error is, it's messing up Collection display too.
#2) Optimize warning triangles randomly appeared by the dozen abruptly when this error occurred in files where I posted a new product last Friday where none had been before. (I was up to date with optimization) I clicked on a Halloween Invitation that had a red triangle, I changed a tag just to see if the triangle would go away, but instead, that Halloween Invitation DUPLICATED, so now 2 identical copies in the marketplace. I've got several things in duplicates. If I touch anything or doing anything, I get doubles & triples.
Attached is pic of my Halloween items: shows of abundance of red triangles on everything except the first 5 cards that were newly posted (circled in red.) Circled in blue is the duplicated Invitation. Since doing anything to optimize anything at this time results in duplicates. Totally broken.
#3) In my "Hidden" their are 2 public view products that have been place their by mistake (due on going error) and their drop-down menus to NOT have a "Make public" option because they are still public.
Lol, 😂 I just seen the same thing! All the products got the 1025 years 4 months 😳 red showing! I was like WTF I only just been though all of my reds 😱, then thankfully the penny dropped it seems to be an issues on Zazzle's end not mine 🤔 Hopefully they can get it sorted again soon... 🤞
...and yes my products I post this morning (here I am in Australia) are not showing up in my products. However I had to do a custom binder design for a customer this morning and just gone back to check the link I sent her as worried it may not work. But glad to say is working fine thankfully just the quick stats that is grayed out. So hopefully all is not lost there ans I still get the sale?
