Zazzle Is Freaking Out - Multiple Issues

All of my products created today suddenly disappeared upon refresh. And at the same time, my products created yesterday now have a 'last viewed date' of 1025 years ago..... Oh and apparently 'last sold' 12/31/0999 🤣 That is actually the date on all items that haven't sold yet.
I am on a Mac desktop. Chrome. (both updated versions). Empty cache, hard reload doesn't fix it. Also happening to my mom on a Macbook Air with Chrome at a different location.
Oh, and just got the 'press and hold' bot screen for the first time in I can't tell you how long.
And for the past hour or so I had at least two products have an issue posting for sale and had to submit twice. (not to mention the typical timeout on the design tool)

Cool cool cool. So now the 'edit this design' button is not working... can literally click on any other button just fine. 😂🙈 And only SOME designs. Zazzle please stop making changes on Friday afternoons haha. Some of us actually use weekends to catch up on Zazzle work. 😆

I tried updating categories, big mistake...select all never cleared...and when I clicked on select none...it did not remove the checks on my product. The only way to stop this was to close out Zazzle. So needless to say I am not doing anything...on break from listing or updating my store .

So now I suddenly have hundreds of products missing from their categories too. And not new items either. Some of my best sellers currently. What on earth is happening?!?! This is seriously craziness.

I have been the only one tell the forum bosses to get zazzle to do batá testing before updating the site and no other have backed me up I told many time that someday this is going to happen .if they set up a virtual server and batá test before then this will not happen Microsoft and all the big gaming sites do it even amazon and Esty do it .

o ya I don't know about you but the view date counter stopped working again I was changing my reds by opening up and getting a view I did about 2000 of them only a lot more to go .and it worked but know it has stopped and my red some of them have started to go into hiding what makes me pissed because when they hide them they lose there spot in the marked, and I am talking about 2 month old ones with no view but now with the 1025 are domed because zazzle done care about you or I

Totally agree they need to beta test changes. And certainly not release on Friday afternoons. If this was a fix to the optimization problem.... the 'solution' definitely seems worse than the original problem. 🙈

The last viewed date and sold date have been passed to our technical team and we are investigating this.

Today I find that the products are no longer duplicate, but the products that disappeared are still not in my management section of my store. Also I find that the weird (last view 1025 and 4 months ago is less but still have it on a few of my products. Has Zazzle moderator commented on this glitch?

I replaced a couple of stickers a few minutes ago, and they 'duplicated' themselves. So it's definitely still having issues. I saw a mod on another feed say that 'passed along' the date issue, but I haven't seen them address all of the other issues that happened as well.

For me and likely other designers, these issues are causing work stoppage. I'm worried about posting or updating items until all issues are resolved for fear that the information will be lost or corrupted. I hope the Zazzle team is able to fully fix all the issues that emerged Friday and provide assurance that they're fixed.
Over the weekend, I focused on other design tasks so I could remain productive, but I, and likely other designers, are accumulating a backlog of Zazzle work that still needs to be done. Designers are also worried about their work wrongly being hidden because of the Last Viewed issue, which is likely impacting sales potential. Thanks in advance to the Zazzle team for troubleshooting and fixing as soon as is reasonably possible.

4th day not being able to work here because as much as they say we can keep listing products, I know better now
I don't understand how they can take the weekend off on an international site that never closes and then make changes on a Friday, it just baffles me how many problems there are that play with our livelihoods lately and so few people say anything here. I guess 99% of creators use zazzle as a fun hobby and don't care much but this is becoming a serious issue

I feel your pain. I try to participate in these forums when I can, but full time work and trying to get things listed in my store, plus trying to create new designs, already take up so much time. And it frustrates me that I show up in here as a new contributor, when I've been with Zazzle since 2017. I used to contribute a lot more before I got into a relationship. I don't want my man to feel neglected because I spend too much time on here.

It has been my consistent recommendation to conduct thorough beta testing prior to implementing updates. Unfortunately, this suggestion has not garnered sufficient attention until recently. Even now, given the number of designers, the level of engagement on this critical issue remains concerning.
I previously expressed my apprehension that unaddressed systemic issues could lead to significant platform instability. A prime example of this is the persistent problem with searching for wristwatches. For an extended period, searching for "wristwatches" on Zazzle has yielded irrelevant results, predominantly t-shirts, rather than the intended product. Despite subsequent updates, this issue remained unresolved. As a direct consequence, wristwatch sales have been virtually nonexistent for nearly a month due to the inability to search for them effectively.

I'm locking this discussion since it's becoming too general to really serve much of a purpose.
There's already separate discussions created here in the Technical forum for each of the individual issues, and engineering is working on resolving them.
As always, if you're noticing an issue that does not have a discussion thread you're welcome to create a new discussion thread. Using a descriptive title and providing details screenshots to describe the issue will help others determine if they're also impacted.
