It doesn't work because they removed that entire Community section of the forum a week or three ago. We used to have News & Info, Creators, and Community. Community had three forums under it - Feedback, Help, and Testing. That whole section was supposed to be specifically for stuff related to the forums rather than the website. I don't think that was widely understood as there were frequently posts that should have been in the Creators section in the Community section and vice versa. Sometime recently the Mods did away with the Community section and the Help and Feedback forums under it while moving the Testing forum over to Creators. I didn't realize until now that all the helpful info that was in those two forums on how to make sigs and post pics and product shares is gone now. I'm the OP of the linked post and it's not even in my post history.
I'm guessing from the "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action" that the Mods still have access to the content that was there so maybe they can move the template code post (and anything else that was there and deemed helpful) over to the Tips & Tricks forum under Creators.
