How discouraging and disappointing that with this new Ambassador Program I have gone back to my earned royalties being lower than when I first started with Zazzle years ago. I have always had my commission at 10% so that’s not the issue. It is unconscionable to me that with all the work with designing, listing and maintaining our stores we are down to earning pennies for our efforts. It is my opinion that a company (Zazzle) who used to care about its creators has moved on to just treating us as pawns in how their company can make the most profits with no consideration about the people who help them achieve that goal.

100% agree. I'm new to Zazzle, have only been on the platform for less than a year. This new Ambassador program is really unfair and has cut my commission to 5%. All of my sales are now 3rd party. I reached out to Zazzle regarding this issue in relation to a custom order I did and got a canned response and I'm still waiting to hear back from the higher ups.

Are we all automatically enrolled in the ambassador program? If so, that's really disappointed. I was recommended to use this platform over Redbubble.

There is no way to opt out of the Marketing fees being deducted, even if you opt out of the Ambassador Program. Opting out of the Program only ensures that YOU can't earn any referral fees, but you will still get 3rd party sales on your own products with the relevant Marketing fees deducted.

3rd party sales stealer strikes again! I did another custom order for a customer, but this time I made the products "Direct Only" and emailed her the link. Not only did I not receive my referral bonus, but I didn't even get a self-referral rate because the sale came in as a 3rd party sale for both Direct Only custom products! How is this possible? This new royalty and referral program is not working and clearly has a lot of bugs. Zazzle please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

They did, but I emailed them a Direct-Only product. I'm still waiting for a reply from Zazzle regarding this.

Perhaps the customer had clicked on a Zazzle link before ordering from you and it kept that cookie.

As far as I am concerned, I feel there is no future here. Certainly life may be more expensive, but strangely enough this programme has completely decapitated the earnings of those who invested in this platform anyway, and at this point I admit that as far as I am concerned I have done wrong. There is no possibility of entering one's fair value as a royalty that one wishes to obtain from one's own creation regardless of everything that is said and eventually answered by the administrators. One forgets that however site publicity and whatnot has been a job done solely and exclusively by creatives, so much work now thrown to the wind due to absolute lack of respect for those who worked so hard here and thought they could build a business. I speak for myself and as far as I am concerned I was completely wrong. I absolutely no longer believe in this platform it is not a job to receive as earnings a few cents to when you then also receive them, what was done was not done to improve the earning condition of the creatives also, it was done only to forfeit and forfeit and forfeit more and more. A great disappointment.

For a few creators who leave, a thousand more will remain. As long as so many will see that thanks to the Ambassador programme, it will no longer be understood that it is absolutely no longer a reason to earn a minimum of money. Truly great this programme. Bigger it could not be in completely wiping out small revenue streams that one hoped could constitute present and future business, completely throttling any expectation of hope that clearly constituted and would have constituted one's own solid work of which the company has never lacked the results. A Creative here is a number, one can certainly accept that since there are so many of us, but what one cannot accept is the fact that it has completely ruined the hopes of all those who are here working very seriously for this company.

Exactly. Maximum profit.
It does not exist because there is no consideration for all those whose work has brought them to their goal.
For example, for a very small sale eaten up completely by all the third parties and Ambassador programmes and everything else we want to put into it, even though I had done my total that I should have received, in this tangled system that only eats up any cents “earned”, complete with the singing passage printed in the PDF of the Ambassador program, it was certainly clear that any result would have given my own in error. It's a no-brainer.
The customer service in this regard, of course, could not answer me, with all the precise steps that I listed and each I think clearly from this magnificent program that we were able to download as a PDF, despite all my steps added one by one to say the least perfect of course the customer service could not answer me, just put me there in ‘stand by’, saying that ‘would have asked for information’ and of course never heard back. As far as I'm concerned it doesn't matter, the whole thing speaks for itself, it's a difference of a very few cents and that's all but really all that's wrong.
If we want to call this respect, I think we are a long way from the concept and meaning.
