Are we supposed to delete metal signs or hide them?

When all options are unavailable on a product such as metal signs, and when the product pages tell the customer they can be notified when everything is back in stock, and when it's been like this for a long time, what do we do? Assume the worst and delete everything or hedge our bets and hide them?

I just leave them alone- as long as they aren't permanently discontinued, at least customers can still see them and potentially get a notification to purchase them when they are back in stock.

That's what I've been doing too, but I suspect they may be doomed, which would be a shame. They seemed like such a good idea.

I suspect doomed… but I’m not deleting anything until it actually says discontinued… I also had high hopes for them.

I deleted them on the theory that it has been so long that if they ever do come back it will be from another supplier and all the sizes will be slightly different and the designs will have to be remade/replaced anyway.

That's been one of my thoughts too, but still I hesitate. You know...just in case.

I feel your pain.  Pacifiers are my product for this issue.  I get daily views for pacifiers and have for... almost a year... I'm guessing... and the product page still gives the option to get an email when they are back in stock...

... just think of all those babies WITHOUT a custom Zazzle pacifier... so sad

and I've still left them all in my store...

Not only don't they have a pacifier, but they've outgrown the need.
