Cart activity GA4

Dear Creators,

Since June, I have my store connected to Google Analytics, but for some reason, I don't see cart activities (products added to the cart) in GA4. I also have other stores unrelated to Zazzle connected to GA4, and there everything works correctly, so the account created for the Zazzle store seems to be configured correctly. I've already contacted support, but I didn't receive a satisfactory answer from them. Has anyone else here encountered this issue and managed to resolve it?

You have to bear in mind that GA4 can be implemented differently from site-to site. I'm not sure if Zazzle's implementation supports being able to see when a customer puts something in the cart. (though I could be wrong)

We don't have access to Z's website code to alter the HTML and put the necessary GA4 magic in so it that could make this happen

The other store's websites that you mention are probably set up differently to Zazzle's website which is why you can see data there and not here
