Confused about current situation with prints and posters

Hi, everyone, Amy here. I recently opened my Zazzle shop, and have also returned to Instagram after a long break. This week I was happy to start share some prints from my shop, and included a link for anyone interested in buying. So far, so good. I went to take a quick look at my store without logging in, and was confused when I realized that none of my art prints appeared in any of my collections. It looks like Zazzle is out of stock both in paper and in frames? Does anyone know what's going on and when it will be resolved? I'd like to be able to post an update in my IG bio for anyone who would like to buy a print, but can't. Thank you an advance for any answers anyone might have.

They should appear if you choose "None" for "Fames & Hardware". However, when you add something to a collection it creates a URL including the options you've selected for that product. So you might need to remove your posters from their collections and re-add them with the new options. That's how it used to work, but it may have changed!

It looks like frames with "non-glare acrylic glazing" are currently out of stock. Posters with that option selected will not appear in the collections for customers, or when you're not logged in. If all your posters have that option, it could be the reason. 🤔

Thank you for this suggestion, you were right! When I went back and changed the option to command strips rather than framed, all of a sudden the paper options reappeared. Whew. I thought that I would then have to go re-add my prints with the options changed - but took a look at the back end of my store and saw that I could simply edit the product instead of have go to through all the work of re-posting the product. The change has not yet appeared in my shop, but according to Google, this could take up to 72 hours due to re-indexing. I hope so - and if it works, this is a welcome discovery.
