Could Zazzle Clarify that Posters are NOT Poster Boards?

I received another negative review (well, it was 4 stars, but the customer was not happy) on a seating chart because the customer assumed that they were ordering a rigid poster board that would stand up without the use of a frame. This seems to be a common assumption/misunderstanding from customers.

Could Zazzle please clarify in the paper descriptions that ALL of the options (including the premium canvas) require a frame?

Also, it would be great if an in situ could be added showing the poster rolled up to leave no room for doubt that it is NOT a rigid board.
