Could Zazzle reach out to someone messaging me?

This person is frustrated with a puzzle, saying Zazzle keeps sending Fuji the wrong file or that is is upside down. I have referred them to the contact Zazzle but they are not getting the help they need. They ordered mid-April.

If Zazzle sees this, please help or give advice. The person's initials are SM and it for a ballet puzzle.

Many thanks for reaching out. I have just looked into this on my end and can confirm that we have been trying to help this customer for some time to get the order corrected. Rest assured, they are being assisted 🙂

I would avoid doing this unless there's some sort of emergency.

Imagine if everyone started tagging moderators any time they have a question. There's 2000+ members and less than 10 moderators. The feature would become worthless.

That makes sense, and a mod found it and responded to it within an hour (which is pretty impressive).

I wouldn't assume it's Zazzle's fault - I used to work at a Walmart photo center and we had problems with Fuji all the time.

I just repeated what the customer said. Since it's a repeat seller and there not been an issue before, the only thing I assumed was a problem that I couldn't help with. 😁
