Customer asking for real foil and color fold cards and thumbnail shows this but not available?

So a customer got in touch and wanted me to adjust my festive invite https://www.zazzle.com/festive_feast_green_gold_berries_christmas_dinner_foil_invitation-25635355289... to a real foil and color fold card. However even though a thumbnail appears below my invite on the product page, when you hit the thumbnail (see photo) it doesn't work? Is there an option I am not seeing? Is this coming soon? Or is this just a glitch? Any clues welcomed as I am not sure if I can help this customer and have had to say no at the moment. I don't want to do if this option is indeed available. I also went through the foil card options via create and nothing there either.

I get an 'oops' window too when I try to click on that.

Interesting. Maybe that product is still in the greenroom stage where only a few designers have access to it?

I was able to access the foil card by using the 'view all products' option, instead of clicking on the thumbnail. I used 'folded foil holiday card' as the search criteria.

lol @Sara_H .... I was going to say the same to you a minute ago. That would have made it 'SNAP, SNAP'!

@mylittleeden  I managed to transfer it to a foil folded greeting card (not by clicking on the pod)

- I clicked the Transfer design to a product "view all products" then searched for "foil folded" then clicked on the fancy flat lay foil folded and it transferred seamlessly

Was it full color? The only option I have for folded is just all foil no color?

Do you see this card when you access this link @mylittleeden?    foil holiday card 

The first card I see is both foil and color. If you don't see what I see, maybe you and @Cat are right about it being in the greenroom stage.

Yep I have managed it now thanks for your help, had a few issues with the foil so maybe coming shortly and is still in testing? Not really sure about that as I didn't think it existed? But yes this is what the customer was after! Thank you all so much for your help appreciate it.

Thank you for flagging this. I'm not sure what is causing the issue, but I reported it to the team. I will let you know when there is an update.
