Hello 

i need help from moderator. i didnt recieve my payment for the last 7 month.

last time they said that dont touch anything in 31st of the last month and after to get paid

now the 3th and im waiting my payment to be at Payment History as pending, but still not showing 

please any moderator, try to fix it for me

Hello @Mark ,
I would like to ask for help. I am in a same situation. My payments keep getting cancelled without any reason.
5 CANCELED PAYMENTS for the last 5 months.

Zazzle Support's say they fixed the problem, than I have to wait until the 15th of the next month to find out my payment has been canceled again.

5 canceled payments. We have living expenses, families, children, food to buy, bills to pay.
This is very frustrating.

Please help me to fix it.

Still no payment.
Same technical issue as in this group below. They reported canceled payments in the Zazzle community forum, than received their payments last week within a few days (on 21st or 22th).

They were able to fix the payment issue there.

Hi @Mark I'm sorry, but I'm running out of patience. I have extra expenses because Zazzle hasn't paid me for 5 months. There is an accepted w8 form. I didn't change anything my account. Despite this, it is still a canceled payments.

Please explain why one designer gets paid while another does not? With the same payment issue.

For years, the payments were fine, and I don't know what to think about the past 5 months. So far, 6-8 Z-support and moderators have not solved the problem at all. This is very discouraging.
I work hard to earn money and I don't want to live on loans just because Zazzle hasn't paid for 5 months.
If there is no help in a short time, unfortunately, I will have to turn to the authorities.
I trust that the payment will be resolved soon and that I won't need to seek legal advice and contact the IRS.

Its really frustrated. I can feel that. I didnt get paid until last month.  Today is the 4th and still the payment states not updated for my account

This is so sad. How many times did it happen?
I didn't receive the December earnings either, they should have paid this in February. Now it's July.
For years there was no problem with this.
I don't understand why it hasn't been solved in months.

Same here, payment not queued for debit yet and then weekends ahead ....
