Okay, here is the dig. They the chat team took thirty minutes to tell me they do not know that answer! I believe that the AI artificial intelligence system is not properly working there are products that could have been sold for millions of dollars and billions too and yet there is no dime no penny for the artist being sold to it. The whole company insists that there was not a solid deal nor sale. I have seen there ads explaining that millions of viewers from millions of customers come everday to there website and view their products persistently and even purchase daily. I have had clients asking to purchase in massive quantities bulk items too and then the company says where? And it is true through chat systems.

If you believe you've made a sale that is not recorded in your account, ask the customer to forward a screenshot of their order. Then you can pass this to Zazzle for them to investigate. Without any proof of a sale from a customer it is premature to suspect an error.

Please do a forum search for information regarding the many scam messages that creators are receiving via the chat systems. I suspect you were contacted by a fake account impersonating a Zazzle employee. I've also received some messages from scammers attempting to redirect me to their Instagram accounts promising massive bulk sales. Block and report.
